Items purchased from The Revury may be returned for a refund or store credit/gift card by submitting an online return request within 21 days after the order date and the product must be received by The Revury within 30 days after the order date. The security hang tag must remain affixed to the item to be eligible for returns.
Return an item in three simple steps:
1. Go to Purchase History in My Account, and simply click the “Return” button located next to the order number that contains the item(s) that you would like to return.
2. Complete the form identifying the item(s) that you would like to return.
3. You will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your return request, instructions for sending your return and a prepaid shipping label which, if you use, will be deducted from the refund. Once you receive the confirmation email, please follow the instructions provided to complete your return.
Items cannot be returned more than 21 days after the order date or if the security hang tag has been removed. Items marked “FINAL SALE” at the time of purchase are non-returnable. An email confirmation will be sent to your designated email address once your returned product has been received by The Revury. Please allow 2 – 3 business days for re-authentication and processing. Once complete, we will refund the purchase to its original payment method. Purchases made using store credit/gift cards will be refunded to its original form and subject to its original terms and conditions. Due to current limitations we issue store credit for refunds in the form of gift cards, which may be used to purchase any items available for sale on our site. Please note, credit card refunds may take 5 – 7 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
